While a reasonable person might believe Luna County’s assessment to be outdated or skewed (and while we might be inclined to agree) nevertheless, the comps on the market in this region for lots even half this size are double our above listed price. This means that buying these lots will allow the owner to either have a large chunk of land (by local standards) to build on, or they can build on one and resell the other five for a profit. Either way, at the price these lots are being offered at, there’s money to be made by an enterprising person.
