  • This small community of Loma Blanca is located just outside White Signal and ten minutes south of Silver City. It should be noted that this is peaceful area surrounded by picturesque foothills which a number of high-end homes. In accordance, this property is best suited for those looking to build a permanent or seasonal residence and not as a recreational property.

  • The presence of the aformentioned utilities guarantees that power, phone, cable and high speed internet service can be brought to the subject property at minimal cost to the buyer and eventual homebuilder.
