While this would normally suggest that the property would only be suitable for a house or mobile home with permanent foundation, there do seem to be a number of non-conforming exceptions within this small community. - Nevada is one of only seven states which does not tax income. This means that moving here will automatically save you money.
- The subject property is located just fifteen minutes northeast of Elko. Because of this, anyone purchasing the property will have easy access to groceries and supplies as well as a number of other amenities. In fact, Elko boasts a population of roughly 20,000 and is home to a number of big box stores, including Wal Mart and Home Depot as well as fast food restaurants, bars and casinos. In addition, nearby Ruby and Franklin Lakes double not only as excellent spots to spend a day swimming or picnicking, but also offer plenty of sight seeing and bird watching as both regions are home to a diverse selection of wildlife seldom found in the high desert. And of course, Elko County has a number of museums honoring its rich western heritage such as the California Trail Museum and the Cowboy Arts and Gear Museum.
